New Zealand’s Security Awards 2020 Will Be Held Online Due to Covid-19

The annual New Zealand Security Awards is taking place online this year due to Covid-19 restrictions and the event is going to be live streamed as well. The event will be held on 7th August 2020, from 5 to 7 pm. The winners will receive their awards by courier post after the event.

The prestigious annual security awards is organised and hosted by the New Zealand Security Association as always and aims to recognise skills, services, product/service innovations and achievements in New Zealand’s security industry.

The NZSA is encouraging people in the industry to submit videos in appreciation of co-workers and the industry. These can be in the form of spoken tributes, applause, dances or other innovative ways. The best videos are to be played during the awards ceremony.

The judges for this year’s awards are –

  • Ngaire Kelaher (ASIS New Zealand)
  • David Tomoana (ANZ Bank)
  • Gary Morrison (NZSA)

Visionary Leadership Award

The nominations for 2020 are now closed.

Leading security companies like Chubb Security, ADT Security, Advanced Security Group will be part of the award event.
